These pianos are being given away in my area. Expect no more than $50 to $75.

Yours is in mint condition and I see some selling on eBay for around $2000. You should be able to ask around $1700 to $2000 for this item.

Looks like a very nice piano.
The cost to ship a piano will probably run over $500 so most people list their pianos as 'local pick up only' so there is no shipping involved.

This just means where the piano is located will have a direct effect on the value. You may live in an area that is into non-electric vintage pianos or you may be in an area where no one is interested in a piano no matter the price.
There will be more areas that will fall in the last category than in the first.
The majority of people just do not have room for a piano and not too many young people have ever taken lessons. The younger crowd seem to like apartments (2-30 floors) and tend to move around a lot. This means they travel light and leave a lot of stuff and buy new when they rent a new place.
Pianos tend to be a 'stay in place' purchase as they are very difficult to move.

Anyone can say something is valued at 'such & such' but until someone in your area has actually paid that price you cannot say it has that value.

You can check out Google and look for a piano like yours as there are quite a few showing. You can click on the picture and see if it is listed for sale or maybe sold. Many will be listed on eBay.

There are several listed and prices are high and low and there could be one like yours listed for sale. Asking prices have very little relevance to value as these are the prices a seller would like to receive for their items. Only sold listings can speak for current value and even sold prices on pianos do not mean very much because what sells in Topeka, Kansas means nothing to what it might sell for in Miami, Fl.
Please notice that almost all listings will have 'pick up only' as usually only a dealer will offer shipping.

Most sold for low prices and the location must have been favorable for the ones that sold for more money. There is no way to tell what the one piano sold for that has 'best offer' as the seller could have accepted any amount just to sell it.

Here is a link that has an appraisal service with a cost of $20-$25 which is probably a good deal but I'm not sure how they evaluate a piano and locations.

Story and Clark pianos fetch anywhere (SOLD PRICES--NOT asking prices) between $20 and $150 depending on where you are located, but they are very hard to sell because they are hard to sell as you need the right person.

When you get an estate sale company or vintage furniture store to sell the bedroom set for you, add the piano into the offerings. That is your best bet for selling.

If you can't sell, sometimes you can donate these to churches, music schools, public or private school music departments or senior centers.

Every market is different. My friends have one from their parents estate and are most likely going to leave it with the house when it sells because it is so heavy.
